"We stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. Reviews suggest it is run down and tired. This was not our experience at all. My only issues were pre arrival. It was not clear at all how to get to the hotel. Cable car? This hotel is actually in the mid hills and you do not need a cable car to get here. "Hotel located in a quite busy commercial area but that makes it convenient for meals and grocery shopping. Large reception area and restaurant. It has its own free parking in the basement. Chose to stay there as it was value for money and just a 1-km drive to the Genting Premium outlet. The triple room was really spacious but the bathroom was disappointingly small.
