"I stayed in suite and junior suite for several nights and several occassions. Staff are very good and very friendly. Breakfast buffet is always good. Room is OK. Bed is clean, bathroom, livingroom is ok. the rest is ok. Room is big enough for what I need. Some of the suite position are odd. Good amenities. Elevators are very slow. The lobby area and elevator area look worn out. Area is bery convenience. If I need to stay in Kebon Jeruk area, this hotel is the best hotel compare the rest of the hotels nearby the area."

"My wife and I were impressed when we stayed at the Shangri-La in Cebu and therefore we decided to book another Shangril-La for a brief stay in Jakarta. We were not disappointed with the service being very good, all staff attentive and the hotel being to a high standard. The breakfast was again a stand-out part of the stay with a wide selection.
