"This is a very quaint and unique Inn worth visiting. Very charming and the staff was great. We enjoyed the quieter location just over the bridge from the main tourist area. "This is a modern hotel a short walk or tram ride from the old town. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Staff at reception were friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is an underground car park for which a fee is payable but it is secure so this was a positive for me. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was full on our first night due to a festival taking place in the city so it was necessary to select a time slot for breakfast on the Sunday morning, this wasn't a problem and there was a...

"The hotel is wonderful, on the outskirts of the forest with easy access to hiking and a playground. Only a 12-minute drive to Heidelberg’s Altstadt, their breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Friendly staff, air conditioning, huge tub and shower in the junior suite, beautiful Biergarten with a playground to occupy the kids....all reasons why we would choose this hotel every time possible when visiting Heidelberg!"

"We stayed for 9 nights in May 2024 and had a great time. We used Heidelberg as our stay location while we toured there and around that part of Germany. The Goldener Falke is like a friendly Inn from the old school movies. Great food, great staff, located right on the market square. It was great to come back at the end of the day, unwind and walk the plaza and shops, and greab something to eat at the hundreds of restaurants. It doesn't have all the amenities of a modern large chain hotel,...
