"Check in at property is great so far! Quite disappointed that the family drove all the way there from OC, checked in around 6 o’clock unpacked and got dressed to go down to the pool only to find out that it closes at 7 PM!? The whole reason to get away for a little Vacation choosing this location was the pool and the beautiful property but everything closes so early? In Vegas? In summer? Pretty disappointed in that. It’s also $50 for a day pass to the spa. They have a lap pool and a Jacuzzi but wouldn’t allow us to use it even for one hour would’ve been a great service considering the pool was closing!? This is strike 2 now for me at Green Valley :("
