"I liked the convenience of parking in proximity to the rooms. Also, the pool area was really nice. I did not like that they put an almost $500 hold on my credit card without prior knowledge. They hold $150 per/night this is excessive. The hotel is not that nice to warrant a hold of this amount"

"We stayed three days and the last day was bad. They closed the pool to trim the palm trees and they were not finished till 2pm! That ruined are whole day. Why didn’t they do a section at a time over several days? If not for this I would have given 5 stars. Very disappointed on our last day."
