An enjoyable experience!
Great location and surrounded by many great eateries n shopping choices. Felt safe and confident that I can explored the area on my own. Very friendly and polite staffs.

An excellent hotel in the SCBD
Excellent service, particular mention to the concierge who was very helpful and a credit to the team. Great room, comfortable, very quiet, the bluetooth speaker was nice to have in the room as well. Convenient location to the Pacific Place mall next door. Mini bar and fridge available, power points and USB ports dotted in the room. Rain shower was nice and hot water constant. A brilliant place to stay and highly recommended.

New property in perfect condition. Spacious room and gym! Sincere staff and attentive service except for the breakfast experience. As the outlet was outsourced the service level did not match the reminder.

Great Hotel at SCBD Area

Great hotel, great location, inexperienced staff
The hotel is brand new and very nice. The location is excellent - numerous restaurants and a great mall right across the street. My only complaint is that the staff is still very inexperienced. There were a number of situations that highlighted this fact. I should note that the staff was always friendly and accommodating, but they still need training and practice. This will be a great hotel in time once the new staff/ new hotel bugs are ironed out.
