Hotel nyaman di daerah Bintaro
hotelnya nyaman, kamarnya luas, suasananya adem, ada kandang burung besar, keren banget… hanya saja utk menu breakfastnya kurang banyak dan tempat breakfastnya kurang besar. Secara keseluruhan, oke banget !!!

Konsep hotel yang bagus
Hotel yang bagus dengan konsep yang ramah lingkungan dan memiliki burung di lobby nya membuat nyaman untuk saya, tetapi pada saat saya menginap telah terjadi bunyi alarm kebakaran. Saya sudah capek ke lantai bawah dan sedikit panik ternyata hanyalah kesalahan teknis dari pihak hotel, setelah saya tanya ke receptionist nya dan tidak adanya pemberitahuan lebih lanjut. Disini saya merasa kecewa karena kurangnya diberitahukan informasi lebih lanjut dan alarm palsu ini, mohon pihak management lebih mempersiapkan hal seperti ini agar tidak ada lagi yang kecewa seperti saya.

Home away from home. This is the best hotel in this part of Jakarta and we always stay here whenever we're visiting family. It has unique characters which make the difference unlike many other branded hotels. Location is strategic, rooms and amenities are good, with swimming pool, gym, outdoor eatery and best part is the bird aviary. The restaurant serves wonderful Indonesian food as well as some international options. It's good value for money. The best part about the hotel is their service and the quality of the staff. We highly appreciate the support provided by Mr. Tino at the sales office, Ms. Alia at the reception and Mr. Rizal at the restaurant as well as the security team at the front. Everyone always made us feel at home. We are not just guests with room number. Thank you

This is an overpriced hotel that is simply not good. The wifi is just terribly poor. Add to this the hideous concrete monstrosity that is this hotel basically blocks telecom signals. Even the tv reception in the room is so bad it cuts out. There are zero movie chanels and forget streaming here. The breakfast is very average. Just go somewhere else. The place looksnlike a 70s soviet apartment block. Zero atmosphere. So borring and ugly. I went here to see what is was like. I regret it. avoid!

Friendly staff, but bad cleanliness.
While I love the concept of it being an eco-friendly hotel, I am disappointed in many other areas. There were ants at different locations of the room - on the dining table, sofa, water dispenser, even my bedsheet). There were stains on my comforter and towels. I was very disappointed with the limited variety of food at breakfast. However, I must compliment the service staff. They have been very polite and always greeted with a smile.

Convenient location
Really enjoy not being downtown. This was close to offices of friends. Eco friendly hotel with good food, pool and gym.

Aviary Hotel seriously needs to improve on their customer service quality. If its not because of its location in the vicinity of my family home in Jakarta, I would not want to stay there.

Great property, great customer service.
A highlight of this hotel is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a huge smile on their face. Love this property very clean and the rooms are very well fitted out. spacious and modern. Breakfast was great.

We had a very nice stay in Aviary hotel, feel like a bird sanctuary. Room was very nice. I requested higher floor and was awarded the 11th floor (highest) Im so happy. The room was nice n clean and tastefully decorated. The hotel staffs were very polite & friendly, as well as very helpful. Will come back again for sure :))

Decent Rooms but do not try the spa
Overall the hotel is a decent place to stay for the price that it charges. The lobby is nice and it has an aviary, staying true to its theme. U can even meet the birds after having breakfast in the lobby which is a nice touch. Their most basic room is quite spacious and meets the usual standards. The only thing I did not like about my room on Level 2 was that it had ants. The bathroom also seemed to have a rather unpleasant musky smell (the sort that comes up when it has not been cleaned and aired out properly). Breakfast was good. And do not try the spa. The therapists are outsourced and their reception seems to be clueless about the processes. My room door was opened and closed more than 5 times and there was someone knocking every half hour. Not a good or relaxin experience at all.

Nice concept, poor execution
Disappointing experience overall although the location made it the hotel as our first choice to stay for 15 nights in Jakarta. All the way from check in to check out the sense of being taken for a ride was so strong, including room service tried to trick my child over a room service order, housekeeping letting extra bed in the room beyond agreed number of nights so that we had to pay for that extra night we didn't actually use the bed. The quality of the room, facility, and equipment can be improved. I noticed throughout our stay the bedding was never changed as there were a small stains on the sheet and one of the pillows which were there throughout our stay regardless my request for the bedding to be changed, I had to call cleaners several times to clean the bathrooms and the floor as they're still dirty, I bought all kind of cleaning supplies and my new sponge and kitchen towel actually went missing. There's never any consistent amount of plates and cutleries in the room I had to call in several times for them, and no cooking utensils making the pantry useless. I had planned to recommend the hotel to a friend who is planning to spend a six weeks work trip in Bintaro area but changed my mind now.

Room is dark, feeling bad. Bath room door cannot close properly, need your hand to help while bathing...check out time in the morning around 5am, but no one at the counter, May be sleeping inside a room behind counter...

バスタブがなく残念でしたが、娘2人と母の3人は現地の方に混じり朝食も豊富で美味しく頂きました。ルームサービスも美味しく、ソトアヤムは最高でした。次回も是非利用したいです。
