Good but needs improvement
An old hotel but retains its friendly service and cleanliness. Check-in and out is fast, staff has good attitude, except the male cleaner entering the female toilet (ground floor toilet) without knocking startled me - management should assign a female cleaner instead. There's a good Korean restaurant right next door. It's an additional perks that the hotel provides shuttle car to nearby Lippo Mall, City Walk and other nearby areas. Breakfast was not up to my expectations, though. First, the staff told me that my reservation excludes breakfast, after thorough checking by receptionist, my reservation did inclusive of breakfast. The restaurant staff did not even apologize. Secondly, there were not much buffet spreads, most guests requested for instant noodles and omelettes cos those were the only hot food available upon request. This is my first time having instant noodles as breakfast :P

Good Hotel, Nice Staffs
I have been staying at this hotel whenever I am in the area. As usual, good hotel, clean and spacious rooms, staffs are very attentive and nice, complimentary shuttle service is very useful. It will be good if the breakfast variety can be improved.

Big Rooms, Location Good
I have been staying at this hotel for a few times. It is as expected. Room is spacious and clean, staffs are always helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a little boring sometimes but has the basic necessities. Corridors to the rooms are not litted in the day, good to keep the lights on as brightness gives your guests a better feel.

Comfortable for short trip

this hotel has been very good condition. except some of the customer. every time I stayed this hotel, I saw some customer got drunken too much. I hope hotel staff to control these drunken customers away from the other customer. especially I don't want to have elevator with them. other wise I cannot feel good staying with this hotel.

The exterior of the hotel looked old, but the cleanliness of the room and hallway was good. However, the unique scent inside the elevator was a little uncomfortable. The inside of the room and the bathroom were clean and seemed to be relatively well managed. However, the inside of the coffee pot was not washed clean, so there was a white foreign substance inside. The hotel staffs were generally friendly, and the Korean restaurant right behind the hotel was also available, which was generally useful for travelers.

조식이 인도네시아식 ,한식, 양식, 일식등이 갖춰져 있어 좋아요~ 3츨 수영장의 물이 깨끗하고 주변도 청결하게 잘 정리되었었어요 수영을 마치고 3층에 있는 사우나를 이용하는 것도 좋습니다

朝の渋滞がなければ、コストパフォマンスのあるホテル
朝の通勤ラッシュ渋滞と、設備の古さからか天井シーリングライトも無い暗っぽい部屋であること に目をつぶれば、清潔感もありスタッフのサービスや朝食ビュッフェはまずまずです。 個人的には、このホテルは安全パイとしてキープし、より渋滞の少ないエリアで新しめのホテルを 次回は探してみたいと思います。

안녕 하세요. 자바 팔레스 호텔입니다. 체크인시 요구된 Deposit은 미리 지불 하는 방법이 아닌 일정 금액을 막아 놓는 형식입니다. 정상적으로 체크아웃을 하신경우 블럭되어 있는 Deposit을 체크아웃날 풀어드리지만 고객님이 사용 하시는 은행에 따라서 일주일에서 최장 2주일까지 걸립니다. 혹시 지금까지 들어 오지 않았다면 호텔로 연락 부탁 드립니다.
