Good experience. Nice decor. One feedback, the room was too cold but when turning on the heating it didnt work. There is a sewage smell in the toilet for room1948.

There was no hot water for my shower - even after running the water for 10 minutes. Just 1 person to check people in dispite the hotel being busy. Had to wait to long to get check in. The price is too high for this kind of service

I stayed last August and I love it. I booked again for my brother last Monday and he have no complaints. The staffing are so friendly and helpful. The hotel close to the mall, foods area and others entertainment. The service was great. My only concern is just kinda too dark in the hallway going to the rooms need more bright lights. But I’ll definitely stay again at this hotel.

The hotel is next to the shopping mall. So it’s convenient to get all the nasty within the area. The restaurant within the hotel end of shopping mall have wide range of selection for dining. The hotel room dusty is well spaced and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful to decorate my room I pre-requested. From the room at my level is a unblock.

Fantastic BED and Pillow Combi! Great location!
What started out as a disappointing checkin quickly became a fantastic stay. Cudos to Miss Karen and Manager Ricky for going all out to let me feel real SwissHospitality! I will definitely be back pretty soon. The location is one of the best areas in Jakarta that Ive tried that is connected to the mall. The pillow and bed was so comfortable Id rate it a perfect 10 among the hotels that Ive tried. Thanks and cheers!!!
