"The staff is absolutely amazing. Raj was wonderful helping me with taxis, excursions, and even helped me with my phone when it was having issues. Bicum, Nisan, Noraj and Ram are awesome. They are extremely friendly, helpful and kind. They all really made my stay very nice. The hotel is in a great location, with many shops and restaurants in close walking distance. "Upon entering the room we were impressed by the blue led lighting strips. It gave us the sense that we were going into a room of the future. However, they have enough other lights that we were able to read without any effort. (I don't really like hotels that are mood-lit and never able to make bright enough to read anywhere). "We had two different stays at Hotel Tibet, before and after our trek in Himalayan mountains. It was our sanctuary! The staff are incredible, so accommodating and attentive. It is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Narayan at front desk was so warm and wonderful!. We met the owner of the hotel and she was so fun to talk to and shared some interesting stories. They truly made feel at home."

"This place is perfectly adequate. You will have everything you need: how water, breakfast, etc. and it's in a really good location. In Thamel, but down a nice quiet street. One of the staff seemed annoyed with us when we were 10 mins late for breakfast, but he didn't start making it until we came down which also wasted time for us. So that that was the only hiccup during the stay."
