I had to go to the store and purchase spoons for cooking, had to go buy paper towels as well because the 1/2 roll left was not enough for an entire weekend with 16 people . The cleaning crew left garbage in the bottom of the can and just put a new bag over it. Over all okay but definitely needs some attention from management "

Unfortunately room wasn't in the best condition for cleanliness.. the previous guests dishes were still in the dishwasher (and dirty), Plus a few tissues under the bed/back of the side table. (Staff kindly offered to replace this dishes, so only a minor inconvenience)."

"The property is nothing like shown on the website. The loft with a bed is only a dream. If a dormitory like building & a shoebox of a room with a brick wall for view is to your liking then Kasa is just that. Homeless camps within view of the entrance is also worth mentioning. I checked in via virtual front desk, walked into the room and walked right out. Called Kasa & the agents were fantastic by phone & texts for lip service but useless for a refund solution, allegedly due to the booking done...
