"Troublesome check in proceed, dusty room"

"This place was fantastic! Not only was it an extremely clean and well-maintained. it actually has a lovely interior. At night, the big window view from the room (27th floor) was so beautiful. It also has a gym, swimming pool, library at 8th floor. Free with no extra charge! In addition, we parked our rental car in the provided parking garage space for free too. "Location is excellent, lots of good food and shopping centre. Staffs were not attentive enough,; bookes 2 nites but eoom card only activates dor 1 day. Carparkinf card also, did not activate… counter staff shld be more sensitive to such things and frustration of customers… "

"The apartment was spacious but the furniture was Low quality. Check in was also not as smooth. Messaged the property for check in instructions but didn’t receive any response. Had to call Expedia to help get a response from the property. But was still not clear on the procedures. On top of it, the property did not have a reception."

"Good location. Room is good.. only issue is the lift keep stopping during checkout timing but nothing owner can do about it. One small issue was the heater in the common toilets does not seems to work.. overall still great.."
