Attention to Detail Needed
The good: location, size of room, kitchenette, smart TV, pool (if you can use it) and price. The rest: Check-in (3pm) and check-out (11am) are a little late/early based on my experience. Requests for early/late check-in/out were met with a curt response telling me the regular timings. You also must pay to leave luggage. Not sure why 4h is needed to turn around rooms as ours was not clean. A toothpaste cap and bottle lid were found around the fridge, a straw wrapper in the bathroom, rings left behind by cups were wiped away by myself and crumbs (tortilla chips by my reckoning) were found in various parts of the room. The seat cover by the window was badly stained and we found a drawer full of crumpled up bedding. I can only assume this was dirty as why would clean sheets be stored in such a way? No hand soap in the bathroom and not enough toilet paper for the stay. You must empty your own trash, but no replacement trash bags are provide. Pool closed for 1h for cleaning at 11am(?) then not enough towels when we could get in. The elevators/their system is quite slow. 7 minutes was about the longest wait I timed. The staff are overall a bit lackluster. I wouldn't say they were very welcoming or friendly for the most part. We had to ask several times before the stained sheet was changed. It's a real shame. If these small cleanliness issues were taken care of, this would be a lovely place to stay.

The room was nice. Comfy bed. But it gets dusty easily. Mentioned there was an iron, but no where to be seen. The fridge so stinky. Don't know what previous customer did/put inside. But the fact that they don't check and clean it,it was bad. Smells like rotten meat. The toilet ok but it didn't have proper hanger to hang the towel. Overall was ok given the price offered. Elevator ok,a bit late but ok.

Memorable view
The room that I stay facing Menara KL and green of Bukit Nanas. The room was clean. At night, I spent about half an hour at the top of Ceylonz, enjoying 360 deg view of KL. You can see KLCC, Menara KL and all the building in KL full of color. The view was superb...

施設はよかった。場所がちょっと中心街から離れているので毎日Grabを利用していました。7階のカフェのパスタ美味でした。 バスタブがあるとなおよい

Le meilleur hôtel de KL
Magnifique hôtel avec sa piscine sur les toits. La chambre est très agréable aussi, avec cette vue sur la ville. Je vous recommande cet hôtel, j'y repartirai. Le seul petit bémol est qu'ils ne proposent pas de service de petit dej.
