Nearest to transportation hub & tourist spot
Lokasi strategis..walking distance to tourist spot (bukit bintang, chinatown, central market). Deket bus station to airport & genting n pasar seni monorel station. Gratis titip koper stlh check out, harga reasonable..mudah di akses.

Kamar hotel luas, namun agak sedikit kotor
Keseluruhan hotel dengan harga yang murah tentunya OKE. Namun, lantainya agak sedikit berdebu dan lift selalu berhenti dulu di lantai 2 jika kami dari lantai 5 atau dari lantai di atas lantai 2.

Overall good hotel..near go China town and alor but sumtimes noisy u can hear other people talking from other room.bfast have 5 choice taste good.

Clean room, but limited drinking water
Clean room. limited drinking water, you just given 2 bottles of mineral water a day. No extra room key. Even 99 Pudu Hotel, located in front of Puduraya Bus terminal, but You need 30 minutes walk, to the location of the bus to KLIA / KLIA 2 Airport. Do for checking the bus location, one day before you check out of this hotel.

semalam yang mengesankan
Awalnya menyesatkan. pengalaman pertama sangat menggoda untuk menemukan station mrt yg terdekat.saya di station pudu, bukan area pudi raya Dasar nekat ketemu juga, atas informasi security dari indonesia di hotel pudu dan bantuan taxi. Akhirnya terbayar rasa capek dengan kondisi kamar yang nyaman, fasilitas memadai. Jadi bisa untuk rekomendet... i like . Terima kasih hotel 99.. bila datang ke kl. Ingin menginap lagi deh :)

Hotel strategis Dan staf yang baik
Saya memesan hotel ini untuk orangtua saya, letak yang strategis tepat di seberang terminal pudu sangat membantu orang tua saya, Dan staf seorang wanita membantu Dan sangat baik. Kamar nya pun cukup bersih Dan nyaman. Mau cari makan tinggal jalan kaki saja.

The staff doesn’t have proper customer service. We call for new mug to have our coffee but they didn’t deliver it in our room.

The property in really convenient to get to from the airport and to walk to most areas in the city. The room just seemed unkept, even though it was cleaned. It had a musky smell, due to the fact there was no ventalitation from the bathroom. On the upside, the pillows were amazing and wasn't a bad size.

I have checked in at 10.40 pm and i was given room 9405. Upon checking in and settling down into the room given, i noticed there was a cockroach on the bed, I haven't even unloaded my things as of yet.

carpets in the lobby had cigarettes on them bed sheets were worn there was an off smell in the whole hotel aircon was not working properly

Facilities and service are up to expectations for the price paid. One thing I dislike is that a receipt wasn't issued promptly upon my payment for another night's stay. Other minor details the hotel could look into: (1) no TV guide was available for the TV in the room, or even a list of the channels; (2) only one hook inside bathroom for hanging clothes & towel; (3) water from basin must be controlled carefully or else it splashes powerfully; (4) having Hailam Kopitiam downstairs discourages me from exploring other eating places in KL. Ok this is just a joke! It's a compliment on the wide variety available at all hours. I've stayed at this hotel at least thrice now. Weather-permitting, the hotel is excellently located for exploring the Old Market, Berjaya Times Square, etc.

泊まった時は中国人がフロアーに多く、部屋のドアを閉めず大きな音で音楽をかけたり大きな声で一晩中話し声が聞こえたので眠れない。 また、となりのシャワーやトイレの水の音が筒抜けでうるさかった。 二度と泊まりたくはないホテル。

First I must tell you it is stated all tax inclusive and when I arrived I had to pay extra $30 tourist tax which was no where mentioned. The check in timing was stated on hotels. Com at 2pm but they say its 330pm and anything earlier will pay extra and so I paid extra $50 more. Before check in I say I will only stay 2 nights and ask if can refund the 3rd night or inform hotels. Com and they said no. I felt cheated by all these extra charges. Service by the staff is terrible too.

We had booked for 4 nights here, but after seeing the room we were very disappointed, it was very basic and tired. There were marks all over the table, a towel hanger in the bathroom was hanging off, and the safe didnt close properly and when i tried to close it, the door fell off. The safe itself was attached to a shelf in the wardrobe, but this shelf was nt fixed to the frame and could be lifted out. Not very "safe". We checked out the next morning, as we couldn't face staying there for 3 more nights.
