"An absolute slice of heaven away from the busy hussle and bussle. Amazing staff very friendly and helpful and always a smile on their face, resturant on site with great brekfast options and the villa and the private pool was the highlight!!! "The Avery Le Nixsun Villas has great potential to be a five star hotel, however there were some key details that were lacking. There was no minibar, replacement of water bottles, or options for in-room dining service/massages/etc. Our room was also not cleaned on the second day so we were left with plates from breakfast and no fresh towels. This may have been our fault as we decided to spend the morning in the pool and missed the opportunity for this. But there was no follow up when we walked...

"The road to the property is really bad even the Grab drivers struggled to drive at the property. Rooms had some issues and missing essential items however the management provided a room change and give some complimentary services to make up for the inconvenience. "Road into the villa is broken. Furniture is old. Main door will be opened by wind if not locked. Room door and window cannot be locked. Terrible bed and pillow. Pool is clean tho. Have to check your Breakfast because they don't.might give u wrong ones. Picture looks prettier than reality. Runaway. There are better ones."
