"The staff were very helpful and supportive but the hotel was old and tired. It was a cheap, well located transit stop between an inward flight in pm and early outbound ferry in the morning. Facilities were basic, but biggest concern was that every word spoken and movement by the family with young children in the room next door were clearly audible through the connecting door. "

"I stayed for 28 days because of the low cost but found I spent more in the long run. While the room is large and relatively clean, the rest of the hotel is in poor condition. The cracks in and around the door let numerous bugs, light and heat into room. The cleaning staff are hardworking and do as well as they can with what they are provided. However, the front desk staff do nothing but watch videos or play games on their phones, usually sitting in a group of 4-5 together. The breakfast...

"We stayed two nights at this premise! The front desk was extremely friendly - I forgot to collect my deposit at checkout and the amazing female staff went above and beyond to return it to me. Really grateful. Room is basic and quite good value for the buck compared with other options on the same street. 2-min walk to the beach.
