They allowed us to check in early as the rooms were available and even helped us to store our luggage when we went to Macau for a night, checking out. "Absolutely fantastic! We are from Australia and it was our first time in Hong Kong. The hotel is right next to the tram which can take you across the whole island. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would also recommend adding the breakfast on as it was really convenient to have every morning :) "
