Gave us 2 dbl beds for the King size we paid for x 4 rooms. Check in took over an hour with inexperienced staff member. 4 keys did not work and caused major inconvenience. Room had used soap in shower x 2 rooms in a tub that would not drain. Was told by staff at registration that Expedia falsely advertised the beds and we would have to pay more. Management told Andrea we needed to call Expedia but the hold times were very long and end our group of 8 did not feel it appropriate to waste time on phone for excessive hold times. Not sure what happened here but this was a nightmare. We need Expedia to do something about the advertisement and inconvenience to all 8 people in my party. Disappointed this time around on many levels.

Check was a nightmare we arrived at midnight not many people in line but it took us about 25 minutes to check in and we reserved king room but they said they don’t have any king room available so we had to take two double beds. The hallway was smells really bad and the room was dirty. One of the bed sheets was stained all over, so disgusting .
