The hotel is pretty clean. The room is as pictured online. The shower is a little outdated. Lots of food options in the hotel and close by. It was a good stay for the price.

I like NYNY because of its uniqueness, charm and the fun to be had there. The room we stayed in was lovely and truly made me feel as though l was in New York. I DO NOT LIKE THE RESORT FEE. $47.50 for WiFi is a complete “ripoff” particularly when it can be obtained virtually anywhere in Las Vegas at the drop of a hat.

We had a bad experience with loud noises coming out of the room next door, what it seems like it was a couple having rough sex all night. This visit was with my family did not expect someone to do this kind of things in this hotel. We complain and no one did anything until check out. They just refund me resort fee.

I would not stay here again, the beds are worn out the rooms are less than average, you don’t feel like you’re in Vegas. For the price, I’ll stay at Circus Circus cheaper, and same room type.

Decor was unique. We had trouble unlocking the door with my phone after downloading the app. Had to go back downstairs and get keys. Parking was easy after paying the fee through the app.

Great location on the strip with plenty of dining, drinking and entertainment options within easy reach. Room was a good size with comfortable bed and bathroom, although basic, had decent shower strength.

Die Zimmer sind neue Renoviert und sehen total super aus. Für einen Trip nach Vegas kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Wir hatten auch ein Problem, auch da wurde uns super geholfen. Bei jeden Trip nach Vegas, würde ich diese Hotel wieder buchen.

Very good rooms and great location, although roller coaster and general location was rather noisy - I suppose that what you get for staying on the strip. We were disappointed at the cost of general admission to arcade and roller coaster - which we felt could have been free if you stay at the hotel - so we didn’t do it! Shame about that.

The property grounds and resort were fantastic. But the room was sub-par. Firstly there was no fridge. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes with the front desk, the attendant disrespectfully told me “Vegas is expensive and it’s and extra $25 a night”. He then ended the conversation there. The room was neglected with housekeeping for over 2days. I eventually had to track someone down in the halls. Took 3 conversations before it was cleaned.

Room seemed a dated, booked a strip view spa room. Got a view of the parking garage next door ,tub would run for maybe 2 minutes. Will stay on Fremont Street next time, at least I’ll know what we’re getting.

Lack of staff in certain areas such a waiters / housekeepers make service little to be desired. Also front desk upon check out did not even attempt to make any kind of compensation for issues that we brought to there attention the worst being house keeping knocking at our door at midnight trying to clean our room. This happened day of our flight and was woken up and couldn’t get back to sleep. I will not recommend this property to any person looking to go to Vegas
