"The towels are so worn out that the stitches are coming out, and even though they turn yellow, they continue to use them. Please change the towels into new ones. It's so messy that I can't even look at it"

"We loved our stay at Araña Suite. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, allowing us to keep our bikes in the lobby for a couple days. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel pool was lovely to relax at in the afternoons. Breakfast was delicious, delivered to our room each morning. The hotel is in a great location to walk to the nearby busier places but set back from the Main Street so still quiet and peaceful."
