"Check in was the best I've ever had! Tea or coffee with shortbread in the front room, Matthew went through all the details and gave some great info of the area, helped with bus times too. The accomodation is stunning, beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, quiet, lots of extras too. Nice to see some eco refills for bathroom shampoo/soap etc. "

"We stayed one of the ensuite rooms with vaulted ceilings and a dormer window- you just need to remember to duck ocasionaly. It's on the second floor so you need to allow for this, not a problem for most people. We were surprised how much space there was and the view over the park was lovely. The location in Leith is much closer to the city centre than it may appear as the regular (2-10 mins wait) new tram line whooshes you to the centre in 5-15 minutes. Accommodation in Edinburgh is an expensive...

"We arrived early as we were at a Taylor Swift concert that evening, my daughters were panicking that they wouldn't be able to get ready as we had been travelling for around five hours. A chap called Jamie saved the day and made us all feel very welcome and managed to get us in a room a couple of hours early. The whole team were working flat out to accommodate everybody but Jamie went above and beyond. He then gave us travel advice to the stadium as we were next to the tram line which went...

Beside all the cereals , home made Scottish porridge and bowls of fresh fruit . There was a menu listing everything . From smoked salmon to a full Scottish breakfast . This contained 2 eggs , 2 rashers bacon , sausage , tomato , mushrooms , black pudding , haggis , tatties , toast , and a bowl of beans . fruit juice , coffee . All made by Mirella's father .
