"This a wonderful location! Really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the housekeeper gentleman. We just our last morning no hot water to shower, sent a message which was read right away (WhatsApp) but not responded to until check out time. Check in was a little tricky but they were helpful to get us in. Maybe it was having no WiFi and the jet jag…one suggestion would be a sign at the bottom of the stairs saying to go up a “half floor” to the office for check in....

"The staff at 15 Quindici could not have been more helpful. Prior to check in they were fully informative over text and this made the whole check in process so smooth. Staff were so kind and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was very modern and clean. The beds were made and the towels changed every day. Complimentary coffee and water in the mini fridge. The location was perfect, very central location and a short walk away from main sights e.g Duomo. The staff also couldn’t have been kinder in...

"Really easy to locate from milano centrale station. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by. Very helpful staff when on site. Breakfast was a little box of treats containing a fresh juice, croissant, cheese, Nutella, jams fruits and some bread which was more than adequate for a start to the day. If I returned to Milano I would come back. "

"Arrival was very well managed and attentive. However the air conditioning in the room didn’t work and although there was a voucher for a drink and breakfast the choice of drinks was very limited. The service at breakfast was terrible. Again the chive was very limited (not from the full menu included). The salmon omelette was hard (not freshly made) and my yoghurt and granola never arrived. I had to ask twice for it and in the end I went and got it myself and the first bowl I was given with it...

"Staff was easy to reach and ready to assist. Perfect location in Milan, but hard to find initially. Nowhere to pull up and unload luggage. Noisy area but ear plugs provided for sleeping. We slept with noise app on the phone. Very clean. "
