Front lobby staff are vigilant and have the upmost concern for guest safety, always someone monitoring the front doors and drop off/pick up locations in front circle. Always felt safe here. The fitness centre was modern and surprisingly spacious for a hotel gym with free weights area. "

"Had great customer service during our stay before a cruise. Miguel at the front desk was super helpful and professional. Made us feel very welcome and cared for. Room service quality was good. Hotel is ready for a renovation as it was starting to look dated and well worn. San Pedro is a mixed bag. Not the safest place to walk around. But there are some good places to eat around Downtown in walking distance. There is a great coffee shop right across the street. Shuttle to the cruise...
