"I had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with lots of variety. Loved the nightly entertainment at the bar. Room had a kitchenette and was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, although after booking an extra night as a late check out was unavailable, communication wasn't great as I was asked to check out on the original day, even though I'd told reception on two occasions I'd extend my stay. "More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in. Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored. Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food."
