"Staff was amazing and very helpful. Stephane the manager helped us when we had a problem with our bathroom and moved us to another even nicer room. Very nice breakfast actually the best we had in Sulawesi. The dinner menu could be more extensive and a bit lower in the price as compared with other places it’s quiet pricey. "It was one of the best stays in my whole travel experience. I requested transportation from the airport to the port, and a boat to Onongresort. The price was reasonable for both ways. This place is for people who love a quiet place and appreciate the beautiful ocean in front of this resort. (In my opinion, not much for families with small children.) Last but not least, the staff was excellent. I truly enjoyed talking with them. They made sure my stay was comfortable and it was my best stay. "

"The hotel is very run down. Our first room was comfortable, spacious and relatively clean. However the wood flooring by the patio doors was broken, with loose floor boards, exposing a small cavity space below. This presented a health and safety hazard, as well as the wooden decking on the patio, which was in a state of complete disrepair.
