Good hotel at a good price. Breakfast only basic but sufficient with very good coffee. Room fine, bed clean and bathroom great, but red spots on the carpet were outrageous. The bar was rubbish, only one draft beer on offer out of four.

Came up to Manchester for a concert in the Co-op Live, and was very pleased with this hotel. So lovely and quiet, spotlessly clean, and walking distance to the Co-op Live, as well as the city centre. Staff were all really lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend!

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downfall was the small area where you collect your breakfast not big enough for the size of the hotel and bit hazardous having the hot drink machines in same place. Seating area was good and plenty staff clearing tables.

Overall it was a good stay, tha facilities were good and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was a little difficult as there was not much room around the facilitied and alot of people. Unfortunately, although there were two of us in the room, only one large towel was left after the room was serviced on Saturday morning.

This hotel and all the staff are excellent. We loved our visit to Manchester-the hotel was lovely. Beautiful clean room with amazing views over the city. Lovely toiletries and tea and coffee all provided with a great brea Including fresh waffles. Staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. Room was clean fresh and modern thanks for a wonderful stay x

We stayed in February for 2 nights, the room was small but all was fine and nice , very clean, bathroom was all okay. We booked for breakfast but was all quite bland , it was okay and the queue was managed as best they could but could have been better. The buffet area it self its quite small and hard to navigate with people cramped in lines so if you needed to stay in a spot to make tea the next person have to patiently wait or something! Overall was all very good.
