I always stay at the Grand Hyatt when I visit Melbourne. Unfortunately this stay wasn’t as I remembered it. The staff member who checked me in was dry I didn't get a nice welcome. He said Hello and then proceeded to check me in. I noticed the lady next to him checked in someone and asked about their day and their stay. The gentleman then gave me my cards and said bye without telling me where the lifts are (I know where they are, but assuming he didn't know that I had been here before). The bar in the lobby was also disappointing. The waiter was flustered, rude and overwhelmed. Unfortunate experience

空港からskybus→トラム→徒歩4分の行程で朝7時過ぎにホテルに着きましたが、直ぐに部屋入りさせてくれたのでとても助かりました。 朝食ブッフェ リーズナブルで美味しくお勧めです。 フリーゾーンのトラム駅が徒歩2〜4分で3駅有り便利です。 スーパーはColesがフリンダースストリートとセントラルに有ります。 フードコートはセントラルやDavid Jonesの上位階に有りますが、17時には閉店します。

Beautiful hotel, spacious hotel room, incredible staff, hotel dining options are very good. Located on the heart of the CBD. Can walk to almost anything in the CBD. Very good value.

I always stay here. Have for years! Love everything. Great location to drive and stay or fly in and stay. Amazing staff and very large rooms. Safe. Easy to get around. Love the Club and Lobby drinks and food areas. Nice buzz. Nice crowd. Always will return. Located near theatres. Walking distance. Love this Paris end of Collins street - as it’s often referred to. Lots of beautiful family and friend memories.

Staff were lovely in accomodating me in a nice quiet room as I requested prior. The hotel is clean and in a great spot close to the tennis and within walking distance of all the great Melbourne spots. The buffet breakfast is nice and staff were polite and attentive. There is a lovely gentlemen downstairs at concierge who takes care of parking and opening/closing car doors...he has a lot of personality and is a great point of call for guests with a bubbly positive attitude.

Our room was extremely warm, our night stay was extremely uncomfortable due to the room temp. In room dining menu is extremely confusing to use, there are no pictures on the menu which makes ordering hard as you don’t know what your getting. Whenever we called guest services, (to get a pedestal fan, or asking for the correct bedding configuration we ordered) guest services needed to be called twice and they needed reminding g of what we were after. Extremely poor customer service for a 5 star hotel

Great location.
Hotel location is good and near all the shops and transport. Hotel staff were very helpful. Spa is great and gym is fantastic, and it’s 24-hr. Just that the rooms bathtub was not clean daily during the stay, though I am not partly concerned with that.
