"Clean and comfy. The room was quite big and comfortable though the lighting inside the room could be better. There was 2 dining options in the hotel and quite a range of options walking distance. It is one of the hotel that is quite convenient if you are not driving, there are bus stop and MRT station just on the main road. "

"The shower drain and sink drain do not drain at all. The A/C unit leask water all night. I had to sleep with the water dropping sound all night long. The bed sheet had stains. The stain was facing up the ceiling thus it should have been noticed by the staff but they did not change it."

"Staff were unfriendly in regards to sending up 2 extra pillows, wanted to charge me for that. They would not provide a bowl or spoon from the kitchen. I wanted no food after kitchen was closed just a bowl for some soup and a spoon, they told me no. The bed was too hard and pillows were not filled enough. Noise from street and mosque 🕌 way too loud. Don't stay here. "

"The building is still relatively "new", about 10 years old, but it desperately needs a thorough updates. Avoid rooms with carpets (they have ones with tiles). The problem would be the under-staffing, even that they were very nice and respectful to guests. The rooms are large, the bed is large with good, firm mattress, and they have a (not-so-cold) fridge and plenty of cabinet space to store your items. I can see it used to be a pretty nice hotel, but at this current condition, I would not...
