"Great initial experience, finding the block after a 12 hour flight was a challenge, directions to the block could be better. Back door leading to balcony, the lock wasn't working on it, the staff communicated with me via email very well. Told me the door lock had been examined and was fine, I'm Not convinced. Great apartment, but that made me feel unsafe. "

"It was an average room renovated I don’t know how long ago. No fan in bathroom. There was an abstract type item hanging on the wall, which half of it fell off in the middle of the night! I reported it at checkout on Monday morning. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was excellent! It was clean enough, I would stay there again!"
