Have to be honest, it was one of my best stays in Mumbai. So much better than the hotel across the street. Definitely will choose Trident for my next visit. Thank you for great caring service

The room acoustic properties were so bad we kept hearing people the entire night and couldn’t sleep properly, I’ve stayed at trident before and at Sofitel across the street but never faced such an issue. You are supposed to get a good night of sleep staying at such a property not a sleepless night due to voices and commotion outside the room

It’s a safe place for a solo woman traveller. I travelled solo to Mumbai for 3 days in January 2024. The staff was very cordial and helpful throughout my stay. Would come back again here.
