"The lady and gentleman working at our check in time were exceptionally helpful with our bags and directing us to parking. They could not have been nicer. However, the elevator went down on the third day of our 4 night stay. We are seniors and I was walking with a brace and cane when it was checkout time. There were two young women at the desk.
