"The people who work here are beyond amazing. Very courteous, thoughtful, helpful individuals. The food was top notch. Oddly, I miss their version of chimichangas! If you look at google maps, there’s a shortcut down the hill to the beach. I walked it every day. Honestly, I walked to the yellow bridge and to Ceningan as well. The dogs barking at night was my only complaint. Everything else was perfect! Thank you for having us!"

"Have just spent 6 nights at Pandana. Had the most lovely time, unfortunately cut short because of our error in boat bookings. The views from the pool are absolutely breathtaking and the atmosphere is so tranquil, we were able to see the Bali mount range and Mt.Agung while swimming. Definitely the relaxation retreat we needed. The food and drink from the restaurant and bar were fresh, delicious and generous. "The pool and view outweigh the inconvenience of the location which wasn't that bad. The staff was great. One word of caution would be the steps from bottom to top aren't for everyone. If I had some sort of physical limitation, I wouldn't stay here. We enjoyed our stay and would say the experience was the best week out of 5 weeks we were in Bali. "

"If you look for a place with great sunset, that’s a place for you. We have a pleasant stay but not too much enjoying the food. Please also prepare yourself to rent a motorcycle with very bumpy road to go in and out the hotel. "

"Well I did not get to stay because our room was infested with bed bugs. So they sold us off to another spot nowhere near the beach which was also infested with bed bugs. Staff seemed to not care about our situation. Hotels.com was awesome when they found out and gave me a $100 credit. Not sure why but this was very nice."
