"The lotte hotel Seoul is sooooooo amazing. The hospitality and service is unmatched. I’ve never felt more like royalty than when I stayed here. The executive tower is worth it!!!!! If you have the chance, definitely try the hotel restaurant Mugunghwa - it is on a top level so you get an amazing dining experience with views to match. What an experience! We will be back!!!!!"

"Loved our stay here. The buffet breakfast was expansive and delicious. It was never crowded and gave us energy to walk all day. Location great, next to Myeongdong subway and in the middle of shopping, restaurants. Only negative is that the bed was kind of hard."

"We used to stay there pre-Covid and decided to book back here for its convenient location and quiet end of Myeongdong. Very sad to see that they no longer serve breakfast and beverage like they used to. Reception is also often only 1 staff manning. "

"This was my first stay in Seoul and I loved it. The manager was kind and generally around during check-in hours if needed. Each floor has trash and recycling areas, used towel bin, and a clean towel cupboard. A shared kitchen is on the 4th floor with just about everything you need for simple food prep including a microwave, cook top, microwave, and water dispenser to refill water bottles. "The location is superb (in the Myeongdong night market) and walkable from the nearest subway and bus stops, including most tour pickups. Staff were very polite and welcoming each time we walked in through the lobby. We had a triple room which felt just the right size. Beds were a little hard for my liking, but after long days of travel and touring we had no trouble falling asleep. Felt safe with key cards needed to use the elevators and room doors. I would stay here again."
