"We stayed at the hotel for an afternoon waiting for our overnight flight from Narita. We were able to access our room early, it’s quite small but clean with great Wi-Fi. A free shuttle bus was also provided to the airport. Narita is a wonderful city to visit with magnificent temples, it was a highlight of our Japanese holiday "

"This is an older European style hotel; dated but in a charming way (to me). The bed was firm which I can see being an issue for some, but it was fine for my two night stay. I took advantage of their free shuttle each day; it was right on time every time. While the Senses restaurant was only open for breakfast (which was a very nice selection) I was happy with the options the convenience store inside the hotel had to offer. There isn’t any shopping or restaurants within walking distance, which...
