"It’s a mature building but clean inside. Samsung, LG and Kenmore Appliances, not you no make Walmart crap. The folks at the Desk at check-in were polite, helpful and professional. I’ve been spending one or two nights a year in Reno for the last seven years and this has been my most pleasant day. There are some real dumps in this town. The neighborhood is improving. The Park is GREAT and a 3 minute walk."

"This property was nothing short of wonderful. My family and I were able to relax while enjoying the Vegas strip. The hotel had a delicious spot called the Delight and it was just that. Food was so good. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. I loved the spa tub/ shower combo. "Pros: the view was spectacular from the living room. Cozy snd warm. Bathrooms and kitchen were extremely well equipped. Location was wonderful. 2 minutes from the ski resort. Very quiet and peaceful. Beds were super comfortable. Very clean and organized. Had extras of everything. Cons: heater was turned off when we got there. Took the home about 6/7 hrs to reach 70 degrees after we spent 30 minutes to fix it. The stairs that take you to the master upstairs are so far out that my fiancé almost...
