The hotel cancelled our reservation without any communication because we are pate for our check in and went after 12am. They did not provide another room as well as they charged a penalty for not showing up. The receptionist behaviour was extremely rude and he was not helpful at all. I would suggest travellers to avoid this hotel. I have stayed at Hilton in multiple cities and locations, but this particular branch is not up to the Hilton standard.
This property was very convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. The area around the property was dirty and noisy, but it looked like everywhere else in NYC. The facility and staff were excellent, though.
I paid $500 for a room as big as a postage stamp. They were supposed to have room service. They did not have room service. I had to order the stuff myself and go downstairs and get it. It was very overpriced and I wouldn’t recommend it.
The hotel is in very good condition, the service quality from the staff is great, the water pressure of the shower is refreshingly strong and the location is convenient — two blocks from Times Square and a block from the subway station. Also, the pizza place across the street serves great pizza.
Great location to numerous sights and plenty dining options. Staff was accommodatng and our request was handled immediately. Rooms are clean with amemities as coffee maker, moni fridge and microwave. Alsp complementary coffee offered in the lobby in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.
The location is good in Time Square, close to Broadway and public transportation. It offers free coffee and hot cocoa which are great in early May. The hotel is outdated, the rooms are small and the restroom fan not working.

The balcony room will not be ready on time ever so don’t hold your breath.
Space was tight for a two double-bed room. There was old food left in the fridge from previous guest. I had to call the front desk twice for towels. There was not enough soap and no toothpaste and toothbrush provided.

We had a room that was adjoining to someone else’s room and they kept us up all night with noise of sexual activity all night. They sounded as if they were in our room and opening and closing the doors sounded as if they were coming into our room. It was very disruptive.
The size of my room was spacious compared to other NY hotels I've stayed in. The bathroom was updated and spacious as well. The bed was very comfortable.

The staff were excellent; however, the service for cleaning was poor. We were out all day only to return to an uncleaned room. Maid came after 6:00 p.m. on both nights to ask if we wanted the room cleaned. I found that unacceptable. I live on an Island and maid service is finished just after 3:00 p.m.
Compared to other hotels in the area, the room was much bigger. The room was also very clean. The only "complaint" is that there was not enough staff at check-in and we had to wait a while before being able to get to our room.
