staff super polite,helpful, and accommodating. nice quiet neighborhood close to anything you want. decent room, good coffee, included breakfast more than makes up for the small parking fee at the garage... but the garage was worth it and clean and everything felt tip top for a bargain and within walking to distance to CitiField (LGM) we will probably stay here from now on when we make our trips to Queens.
