"The only thing we didn't like was our room,it was absolutely roasting even with the heating off and a fan on. We also had to sleep with no covers on it was so warm. Otherwise we have no complaints,the weekend was brilliant and hotel not far from metro station (west jesmond)"

"Brilliant customer service. We got checked in early as our room was available. Nice rooms. Usb port by the bedside. TV with usual channels on. Couldn't find a way to sign into you tube. Beds were like two mattresses together and bed was on wheels. Altogether a nice hotel. Would stay again short taxi ..."
