"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They showed me where to order a Grab to buy flowers and then later wrapping paper, wrapping tissue and gift boxes. I also was able to get ice every night to have a drink in my room. Internet was fast, highly recommended. Will stay here again next time I come to Nha Trang. Thank you staff at Novotel! -Tuan Banh"

And the Day of my arrival they told me that they only have the suite with 2 bedroom 2 beds or downgrade me with the suite of 2 bedroom, 3 beds to a smaller less nice suite and also $50 less expensive, but to compensate they would give us breakfast. "Good budget hotel near the beach with loads of restaurants, bars, and shops around. Very nice staff. Room was good size with double queen size beds. Bathroom a little funky but clean with plenty of hot water. Overall, clean, comfortable and quiet (hotel located down a short alleyway back from the street). Excellent wifi."
