"This hotel is not as new as the pictures portray, it is old and not maintained thoroughly. The staff service is not efficient and very slow service for regular services like check-in. They better say that there is no breakfast offered here."

"The hotel is a short walk from the town square ( or circle) so easy acces from the bus, close to markets, coffee shops and restaurants. It was clean, the shower hot and the bed comfy. But the hosts were great. Very friendly, helpful with advice, even offered a ride to the base of the volcano."

"Very nice stay here-Merri was incredibly helpful and I cant help but think of wonder woman thinking of her- raising her kids, checking in guests, giving us great recommendations, booking tours, arranging laundry and answering questions all while very happy and friendly. Her kids were cute and friendly too. The floors are immaculately clean, probably a good idea they dont allow shoes! She got up at 4am to provide our breakfast before volcano hike with her husband who was so nice and friendly. She...
