We had a wonderful time in the resort. Beautifully landscaped, giant KOI fish w plenty of food to feed, clean and spacious Ritz kidz. Friendly and generous staff. It is beyond expectation for the money spent! Will go again w our babies.

This was a solo trip to Bali and it was amazing! The staff I never seen anything like it! The buggy service that the provide 24 hs give you feeling of safety! Just a loving property I will be back next year!

Amazing hotel for people that want luxury and relaxation. Small resort that you can easily walk around. Rapid Transportation is available also. Rooms are excellent. Very nice pool with excellent service Buffet in the morning amazing, strongly recommend. Service out of this world. Never seen such a good service. Highly recommend this hotel .

This place sucks for a 5 star resort. To be clear, it’s still a 5-star resort (property is awesome, it’s right on the beach, food is good and there are plenty of options) but I’d spend my money elsewhere. The biggest issue is everything is overpriced. You pay $10-12 (that’s USD) per cocktail and you get tiny portions disguised in tall glasses, but it’s like 6 oz. Wine was $20 per glass. It’s also a huge headache to do/order anything because you always have to sign for it (we wanted a couple towels one day and had to sign a checkout form). The bureaucracy was crazy. And they were always having weddings that are loud and disruptive. The main restaurant was closed one night for a wedding party. When you spend that much on a room you don’t want to get nickel and dimed on everything else and that’s what it felt like.

Paradise with an amazing Staff.
Absolutely amazing! The property is gorgeous. Top notched service and attention to details from the incredible staff. The pool was lovely with a few restaurants to select from. I really appreciated the buggy available readily to take you anywhere around the property. Free activities were available for guests and partial spa facilities as well. The daily breakfast buffet had so many choices and a soup bar. The room was spacious, and super clean. It was a definite place to relax and you never want to leave.

The Ritz Carlton standard is well and truly maintained in the Nusa Dua resort. Beautiful property makes you feel relaxed when you arrive, welcome staff excellent, Restaurants are great quality - I must compliment one of the exec Chef Abi who ran a great team of chefs and service staff and one of his junior Staff Bernadetta was smiling every day and was so helpful also. Spacious rooms with everything you need, even access to lagoon pools.

Swimming pool was too busy, too noisy and other guests were rude. Our belongings were moved and our chairs/sun beds taken over despite us being away from the pool for a short time.

Quand on reserve dans une chaine tel que le Ritz Carlton, les attentes et les exigences sont élevés. Et bien vous ne serez pas déçus. Toutes les prestations sont très haut de gamme, le lieu est superbe, la plage est magnifique, et tout est fait pour que vous ne sortiez plus du complexe ! Difficile de partir !

Gorgeous grounds and impeccable service is what you'll encounter at The Ritz-Carlton in Bali. I wish there were more restaurants and the beach was swimable and cleaner. But the great service will ease away all your minor gripes. Had a wonderful time!

A beautiful experience
We had a lovely and memorable experience at the Ritz Carlton Bali. The entire staff was excellent from beginning to end and the resort was just beautiful. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We would love to come back to Bali again and stay at the Ritz Carlton Resort.

최고의 뷰 ,시설 및 서비스 및 환상적인 아침 부페.. 수영장과 원숭이를 호텔내서 볼수 있었던게 기억에 특히 남고 매일 메뉴가 바뀌는 부페및 음식 가져다 주는 서비스가 좋았다.
