"Beautiful hotel. Very clean. We arrived by train and were so happy that the hotel was just a five minute walk from the station. The royal mile with all the shops and restaurants was literally a 3 minute walk. Arthur’s Seat trail was only 15 minute walk. Shopping district a 10 minute walk. This hotel will always be my choice on future visits to Edinburgh. "

"Staff was especially helpful in directing us for activities , transportation, and storing luggage after checkout so we could continue sightseeing before our flight out. We appreciated and enjoyed the food/ beverage welcome package. "

"Excellent location, staff, clean, loved the water filling station. Only critique is the pullout bed is extremely uncomfortable (but that likely can’t be changed). Overall wonderful stay, would return! "
