I must say that I'm big on customer care the staff & (S/o to Tamili ) the receptionist!!was the best. Everyone was very welcoming and professional during our stay .which was a plus . "The Ramada hotel is always a nice property to stay . Good rooms and dedicated services . There are some fun store and food options in the area and it’s relatively close to the Universal parks if you like that . Breakfast was included in the hotel which already made this a bonus for me ."
