"Okay the rooms are great a nice poolnixe friendly staff but food and drinks are limited no wine etc and food could be much better and many items not available. Beach area could be tidter. I would go again for the location and rooms"

"Awesome place. Very quiet and secluded from the all too crowded and busy Boracay. If you want to mingle with down to earth local people. This is the place to stay. "Didn't stay there due to healthy issue. We visited Cummings Highlands a week before the booking to tell the owners about our cancellation. They had no record of our stay. So I was not impressed , especially after trying to negotiate a 1 night stay in liu of our cancellation. Overall unsatisfactory ..."
