First time staying in this hotel and our experience was amazing. From staff to premises to cleanness.The hotel is situated in a very nice area, a LOT of dinning options within 5 min car ride ( even inside the property) and a LOT to do (H20 water park, food trucks, Disney outlets..) it’s definitely a nice option if you’re planning to go to the theme parks (15-20 min car ride). The only downside is this is “timeshare” kind of hotel… so just be aware. They make you sign a “contract” for a timeshare presentation and if you don’t go you’ll have to pay a fee ($50) but other than that we will definitely go back. 9.5/10

Beautiful huge property. Has great amenities and lots of pools and lazy river for the whole family to enjoy. Ordered late night pizza and was ok for a huge family. Rooms are a bit outdated and we had an AC problem the forte night. AC filter was filthy so lagged the entire first night not allowing it to cool down. Called the front desk said they send someone and never did. All in all the next day someone did come and took care of the AC problem. Thank you. The entire property is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable to stay with a big family and everything fully stocked to cook if you’d like.

We flew from Australia and this place did not disappoint! We had so much fun we couldn’t get over the size of the room it was easy to get to all the theme parks! The pools were spectacular and so was the food would highly recommend to stay here and we will definitely be back. It was so big we didn’t get to see it all my only regret was not staying longer!
