I don’t recommend this hotel. They seemed very understaffed - confirmed by the front desk people stating that there was not housekeeping for the first night I was there. We called the desk several times and no one picked up. My biggest issue - we requested a crib and it took 24 hours to get brought to our room. The one that was brought was not safe for a baby to sleep in. Our room was noisy. The rooms seem updated and clean until you look closely. Or you take a shower and the faucet falls right off. Here’s the thing. A manager reached out to follow up about our complaints which I appreciate- but the status of the hotel is exactly the same as reviews from months ago. Until they make major changes I wouldn’t stay here.

The property is really close to Universal Studios and everything on International Drive. It was very easy to find a parking spot and the room we had was very spacious and laid out great. The only negatives I would say is that the cost for parking and breakfast were a little high, especially when most hotels in the area have free parking and breakfast. Also, the A/C in our room never dropped the room lower than 72 degrees, and one of our shower tubs held water and wouldn't drain. Overall it was great for what we paid for it and I would stay there again.
