Access to the hotel was very simple off main streets. The hotel offers valet parking which was wonderful because driving in the historic district is a little stressful (small streets and lots of pedestrians). Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. It is a fabulous location near everything and walking to everything was really nice. Service was excellent too. The hotel provides breakfast and has spa services, but we didn't use -- no time.

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom spacieuse. Staff are very friendlt and helpful. Nothong is too much trouble. The hôtel is located in a central stratégic location. The city is beautiful.

Room is really lovely, modern and bright and in the old town so very convenient. No coffee facilities in the room which for a 4 star hotel is surprising. Staff service was really poor from the moment you checked in to the moment you checked out. Absolutely no customer relation. There is a spa/swimming pool etc. on site but noone advertises it or lets you known times etc. The entrance to the spa is behind the reception so hard to miss. My main problem is staff was totally uninterested in the guests walking in and out of the hotel, yet you had to come past the reception desk so they could hardly miss you. They always kept their heads down behind the desk (more interested in talking to each other) and not once acknowledged us or other guests! Very poor service for a 4 star hotel. A real shame as everything else was perfect.

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed the surrounding area. Oviedo is a pretty town. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean. The rooms were well designed and offered plenty of storage.

The hotel was in in the center of everything. So location was excellent. The staff neglected to tell us we could have used the pool and water treatments for a small fee. Never mentioned breakfast hours nor did they mention the restaurant across the street was part of their operation. Just not user friendly. If asked they cooperated but not informative. The site should not say Airport shuttle is available since it is not.

The hotel was clean. It is a very high-teck interior of the rooms. The shower and toilet share an enclosure so the floor of both are wet after a shower. The exterior of the building is not represenative of the interior. I initally thought we were entering a beauty salon as they have a big spa business. The location is very good, next to the old town. Great hotel for the 20-40 year old group except that the wtfi was not that good..

Hotel has seen better days, and is in new hands with plans for upgrades and expansion, construction zones, and everything in transition. Front desk staff not wanting to be bothered, save for one young lady gallantly trying to cover for the whole lackadaisical lot. Lots of potential, good location, general lack of customer-oriented operations. Mixed bag!

The rooms are small but wonderfully clean. It is in a great location and was perfect for our one-night stay. The one thing worth mentioning is that to our surprise there was no body wash in the room, only shampoo and lotion. If you needed body wash it was necessary to call reception and ask.

Hotel location was perfect for exploring the town, our room was comfortable with all amenities expected and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was easy to reach if travelling from Asturias airport by public transport and walking. There were plenty of good places to eat and drink nearby too.
