"Parking was one of the factors in choosing this property, We had a rental car this trip and this was one of the few properties that offered parking included for no extra charge, Two days before arrival we were informed parking was NOT available, Had we know that in advance we would have chosen another property. There was no effort to make alternate parking arrangements. We found parking near by but at a cost of 40 Euro per night, Compensation is requested. "

"This accommodation served our self catering purposes well. It’s approximately 15 minutes walk from Politeanna and very central. Both double beds were comfortable. Also the host communicated with us via email, what’s app and directly on phone prior to our arrival which I valued. A small saucepan for warming milk would be useful. Grazie!"

"The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen including bottles of water in the fridge and a packet of coffee. I felt the welcome was a bit rushed. We arrived early from the airport and had to wait for an hour for someone to let us in. We found the bedroom very hot but were not shown how to lower the temperature of the air conditioning. We were not shown how to work the television and could not work out how to use it. ...

"Couldn’t believe we have been rejected to stay in hotel area for couple hours, after check out 10am receptionists ask us to leave, or pay to stay couple hours. "

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
