Fantastic hotel. Really amazing facilities. Loved the gym, the game room. Ate at the buffet. Great buffet. Huge selection! Beautiful infinity pool outside. I will be going back!

Lovely hotel with spectacular views over the river. Room was comfy and the service by the staff was excellent. Only criticism is seeing the pet rabbits not well looked after.

I had requested a late check in (after midnight) and check out weeks in advance but was denied this request when I arrived at the property. They staff even called the room to ask us to leave at 11am. So I basically paid full price for staying in the room for 10hrs! I will never book at this location again.

Our official check-in time is 03:00pm the guest can come in anytime as per their requirement and that does not translate to a guaranteed late check out if they check in late on the day of arrival.
Having that said, our official check-out time is 12:00pm and a late check-out is subject to availability. If you had paid for a late check-out the team would not ask about your check-out details.

What was amazing about our stay was even though due to some issue in the system the rooms allotted to us were wrong - Sahil and his team made an effort to not only fix the problem but make our stay so comfortable. The rooms are great and the pool was beautiful. Will go there again!

It is a good hotel with great views of the Mandovi river. It makes for a convenient stay close to Panjim. The views are worth the stay.
I found the bathroom a bit smaller than I expected. I prefer more spacious bathrooms.
The food could do with a bit of improvement, especially the croissants and baked pastries at the breakfast spread.

The Stay was exquisite. Loved it very much Nd would highly recommend it to others. The staff was courteous, helpful, and as a Jain couple they made us feel special by cooking a lovely meal for us. Amazing beautiful property on the coast of mandovi river. Really warm hospitality provided by the hotel staff. Great variety and spread at the complementary breakfast each morning. I proposed my girlfriend at the venue and great team members like Kiran, Rahul and Abhinash really helped me a lot to pull it off.

Modern decor but badly maintained. The counters were stained and the bathroom cleanliness was questionable with some sand left uncleaned from the previous guests. Staff was very kind and friendly but service in the outdoors bar Feliz was slow. Hotel transportation was expensive (~2-3x cost of a normal taxi) and taxis are not allowed in (only a short walk from the entrance). I would only stay there under different management.

Beautiful property in serene location. Staff is just wonderful there, everyone was super helpful. We had to check in early and they were able to accommodate fairly quickly. Food was delicious as well. Would love to go back to this location again next time.
