"Best was the front desk staff. All were very friendly and always willing to help. They provided a blanket for the beach, an umbrella to use in the hot sun, called for my taxi, and more. Bed mattress and pillow were great quality. I liked having a short 10-15 minute walk to get to the beach to get some exercise. Great street food nearby at better prices than closer to the beach. "If you’re looking to spend most of your time at Patong beach, then this hotel is perfect for you. It is truly in the heart of the action, so be ready to party! In terms of the room itself, it was very average. The staff was helpful and in general acceptable for the price. Just note that they do not have a storage room for your bags, so we left ours behind the  counter which was probably not that safe. "
